Cute Instagram Story Stickers: What to Search For

Finding the perfect gif or sticker for your Instagram story is tough if you don’t know exactly what you’re looking for. To make things easier, I put together a list of my favorites.

I want to share some of my favorite GIF stickers! You can use the search bar to type in a keyword to help you find something unique.

How to Find Instagram Stickers

To find Instagram Story stickers and add them to your Stories, follow these steps:

• Open Instagram: Open the Instagram app on your mobile device and log in to your account if you haven’t already.
• Access the Camera: Tap on your profile picture in the top-left corner of the home screen or swipe right from your feed to access the Instagram camera.
• Capture or Select Content: You can either capture a new photo or video by tapping the white circle button at the bottom of the screen, or you can swipe up to select content from your camera roll.
• Access Stickers: After capturing or selecting your content, you’ll see a range of icons and options at the top of the screen. Tap the square smiley face icon (Stickers icon) to access the sticker options.
• Choose a Sticker: You’ll now see various sticker options that you can add to your Story. These may include location stickers, GIF stickers, poll stickers, question stickers, and more.
• Customize the Sticker: Once you’ve selected a sticker, you can customize it. For example, if you’re adding a text sticker, you can tap on the sticker to edit the text. If it’s a poll sticker, you can type in your poll question and options.
• Adjust Placement and Size: You can drag and place the sticker anywhere on your Story by tapping and holding it. To resize it, use two fingers to pinch in or out.
• Add More Stickers: You can add multiple stickers to your Story. Simply tap the sticker icon again to access more options, and choose additional stickers to include.

Cute Instagram Stickers to Use in Stories

The GIF section can be a bit overwhelming, and sometimes it can be hard to sift through them all to find aesthetic Instagram story stickers.

So I’ve put together a list of my fave artists to follow when looking for Insta story stickers and GIFs.

I’ve written out everyone’s name below exactly as you should search for their GIFs on Instagram – which is why many of the names don’t have spaces.

Coffee

These coffee stickers sway between cute and funny; some are even very artistic. These stickers are perfect for cafe photos and snapshots of your morning coffee.

Monday

Most Monday stickers will spell out the word in a stylish way. Many Instagram users use the Monday GIF stickers on their first day back to work.

Arrows

These arrow stickers are fantastic for emphasizing links, signs, and words. From straight, curved, and slanted lines, you can find all these under the “arrows” keyword.

Some arrows also come as a group or in a circle, so you’ll have many styles to choose from.

Click

When you want your followers to click on a link, you’ll definitely want to use some click arrows. Usually, these stickers are animated cursors that imitate the clicking pattern.

Some of these click stickers also have words like “Shop Now” or “Click Here” to encourage your followers to check the link out. So, they’re an excellent addition to posts with website links.

Boho

These Boho stickers are fun and whimsical. I like adding them to my lifestyle photos. Plus, Boho is easy to remember when searching for new stickers to use.

Sweater Weather

Now that fall is around the corner, using sweater weather stickers is now in trend. These stickers are the GIF personification of the fall and Halloween seasons.

Choose from stickers of hot cocoas, orange sweaters, and pumping spice lattes to liven up your stories.

VIPAPIER is both a sticker artist and an Instagram page all the way from Portugal. Its niche revolves around a soft aesthetic of planners and self-care.

You’ll love VIPAPIER if you’re into neutral and minimalistic designs. You’ll get a luxury feel from their feed alone, and they mirror this into their Instagram stickers.

When you search VIPAPIER in the GIF search bar, you’ll see stickers catering to their theme. They have everything from flowers, cursive words, and miscellaneous items that scream self-care.

VIPAPIER’s stickers work best for designs with neutral colors, such as white, beige, and pastel pink. If you want a little bit of contrast, they also have some quotation bubbles on a brown background. Plus, you can use their stickers if you’re sticking to a scrapbook vibe.

LIDIAONTHEROAD

If you need a motivational quote to stick to your story, head on to LIDIAONTHEROAD’s stickers. She’s a Hungarian artist who designs motivational and inspirational quotes for her Hungarian and international followers.

Searching for LIDIAONTHEROAD’s stickers will lead you to countless beautifully designed quotes. You’ll find them all under her stickers, whether for self-motivation or simply to lift someone else’s spirits.

Her stickers stand out because of the calligraphic approach to her style. She mixes this with neutral colors, so users can add them easily to their posts without ruining their aesthetics.

What’s more, Lidia has added many stickers to her repertoire. So, if you’re looking for specific coffee stickers, you can search for “lidiacoffee.” 

Similarly, type in “lidiafall” for some “fall-related” stickers.

HANMADE

Looking for adorable designs with a black, pink, and white theme? Look no more because HANMADE is here to the rescue!

HANMADE is perfect for simple posts that need a little elegance. This artist’s stickers are usually made of phrases. Don’t fret, though, they also have some little hearts and assorted doodles.

This sticker pack may be one of the fanciest stickers out there. The swirls and twirls at the end of the words make these stickers look enchanting.

Some of my favorites are the elegant calligraphies of “thank you” with three little hearts flashing on top of the letter “u” and “home” with the most charming sets of stars around the word.

Be careful when searching for this artist’s name, though. Many users misspell the name HANMADE. So, you may not be able to find these artistic stickers if you accidentally type the name wrong.

GLADDEST

GLADDEST stickers are designed by the American artist, Mac Ford. If you’re looking for warm-toned stickers, she’s your gal.

Her sticker packs mirror what you see on her feed. Most of her stickers revolve around sunny-colored themes of food, flowers, plants, and other items.

GLADDEST also has some cool phrases written on warm backgrounds. Her most popular stickers are ones with short phrases on them like “thank you” and “my morning.” 

On top of that, many users also love using her sparkly stickers and rainbow-colored designs. However, GLADDEST’s take on rainbow colors is more on the pastel side, where the colors are more toned down.

What’s excellent about GLADDEST stickers is that some of these sticker ideas came from her followers. Plus, she accepts orders for custom-made stickers.

You can also find some aesthetically pleasing icons for coffee, hearts, cameras, and many more under RIZZPRINTS. One of the most fun ones is the animated bite on a cookie until it’s left in crumbs.

JASMINESTAR

If you want a break from the typical world of icons and phrases, then you may want to check out the keyword JASMINESTAR on Instagram.

Unlike my previous favorite artists, Jasmine Star isn’t a digital artist. She’s an Instagram personality that helps entrepreneurs strategize their businesses. As a result, she makes sales-related videos and content for her Instagram page.

When it comes to her stickers, they’re fantastic for posts you want to add some movements into. Her facial expressions and wild arm movements create the perfect dramatic effect. 

The majority of her stickers also have a positive attitude to them, which can make your followers feel energized. For example, add JASMINESTAR’s dancing GIF for a post on a Friday night out with your gals.

GREENDOTORI

Doodles, doodles, and more doodles are the amazing stickers you’ll get from GREENDOTORI’s sticker packs. From its monotonic color and thick lines of doodles, you’ll definitely find this sticker fun and cute.

GREENDOTORI is a Korean artist that actually does crochet. On the side, this artist designs stickers on Instagram.

Much like many artists, GREENDOTORI caters to many themes. So, you can choose from sparkles, arrows, phrases, heart doodles, and many more.

What’s great about this sticker pack is that it’s consistently white throughout. They’re an amazing addition to funky posts that need some animation. They’re also great for posts with dark backgrounds since these stickers will naturally pop out.

Other Types of Instagram Stickers

Instagram stickers are interactive and customizable elements that users can add to their Instagram Stories or posts to enhance their content and engage with their audience. These stickers are designed to make Stories more engaging, creative, and interactive. They can be placed on photos, videos, and Boomerangs (short looping videos).

Stickers can serve various purposes, and Instagram continually introduces new ones based on trends and user feedback. Some common types of stickers include:

• Location Stickers: These allow users to add the name of a location to their Story, which can be tapped by viewers to see posts from that location.
